Rentals
Members may reserve the cabana, party pavilion, and/or green space areas for a private function, unless the Litchfield Clubhouse is already scheduled for that date. In conjunction with cabana and pavilion rental, homeowners will have access to the pool. The pool may NOT be reserved EXCLUSIVELY for private parties. Plan to begin the reservation process at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Access
In addition to the physical key cards to access the amenities, we will be offering Brivo Mobile Pass access. This will allow you to access the amenities from the convenience of your mobile device! Physical key cards will still work as before, but each home will be granted up to two mobile passes as well.
To get access, email litchfieldhundredsubdivision@gmail.com with the subject – “Brivo Mobile Pass” and let us know what email and address you want associated with the account. To have access from two separate mobile devices will require two separate email accounts.

Please download the Brivo Mobile Pass app from your phone’s app store. You will receive an invitation email that will allow you to add a mobile pass to that app. From there you will be able to gain access with the tap of the app!
