- 01Each HOA member in good standing is entitled to 2 Amenity Access Cards per family. New residents should contact Tori Minish, our LHHOA property manager, at tori@atlantacommunityservices.com (tori@atlantacommunityservices.com)to request their 2 access cards. There is a $25.00 charge to replace a lost or stolen card. In addition to the physical key cards to access the amenities, we will be offering Brivo Mobile Pass https://static.wixstatic.com/media/189c5f_acd9695517704ae482a574995f9087b1~mv2.png access. This will allow you to access the amenities from the convenience of your mobile device! Physical key cards will still work as before, but each home will be granted up to two mobile passes as well. To get access, email litchfieldhundredsubdivision@gmail.com (mailto:litchfieldhundredsubdivision@gmail.com?subject=Brivo%20Mobile%20Pass)with the subject – “Brivo Mobile Pass” and let us know what email and address you want associated with the account. To have access from two separate mobile devices will require two separate email accounts. Please download the Brivo Mobile Pass app from your phone’s app store. You will receive an invitation email that will allow you to add a mobile pass to that app. From there you will be able to gain access with the tap of the app!
- 02Access to the parking lot, walk up gate, pool and bathrooms are gated and locked and accessible with an amenity access card. To get in, simply press or tap your amenity access card against the card reader. We also have a mobile app, Brivo, that you can request access to, that works just like your physical access card.
- 03Any concerns about maintenance can be directed to the Amenities Chair of the board by emailing litchfieldhundredsubdivision@gmail.com.(mailto:litchfieldhundredsubdivision@gmail.com)
- 04The gates will allow access into the facilities between the hours of 7:00AM to 9:00PM. The gates work automatically to allow cars to exit at any time.
- 05Members must leave the amenities area by 11:00PM.
